Dr. Paraskevi Giannakakou’s laboratory seeks a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow. The successful candidate will become part of a diverse team with a unified bench-to-bedside vision in precision healthcare and diagnostic approaches to biomarker utilization. We are looking for early career scientists with research expertise and interest in microtubule intracellular trafficking/signal transduction pathways and cancer biology to lead projects in cancer evolution, single cancer cell analysis, biomarker development, and analysis of drug response. Applicants should have a strong background in molecular biology, cellular, functional, and computational methods. Experience in confocal microscopy, image analysis, and xenograft/transgenic mice would be advantageous. Applicants must possess a PhD in a relevant discipline such as cancer biology, biochemistry, pharmacology, or an applicable, related field and have a demonstrated publication track record.
