Genitourinary Cancers

The Genitourinary Oncology Program provides a comprehensive multidisciplinary approach to the management of genitourinary malignancies, and has made remarkable developments in the understanding and management of prostate, bladder, kidney and testicular cancers.

Our surgical programs feature some of the top urological surgeons in the country, who were among the first to perform robotic partial nephrectomies and cystectomies, and to develop new techniques for complex bladder and kidney reconstruction. The 2014 U.S. News & World Report survey ranked the Department of Urology at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center #5 in the country, the highest ranking for any Urology Department in New York City.
